So after twelve hard fought days the list of names that will be competing for the title in November is finally known. If Phil Ivey had a disastrous WSOP in 2008, or at least uninspired, in 2009 he’s stepped right back into the zone where “The Best Player Ever” logically belongs. With two bracelets and three additional cashes before the Main Event, making it into the illustrious “November Nine” surely takes Phil Ivey to the very top of the 2009 WSOP leader board.
Joining him at the tables in November is Darvin Moon, Eric Buchman, Steven Begleiter, Jeff Schulman, Joseph Cada, Kevin Schaffel and Phil Ivey all of the US. The remaining two are Antoine Saout of France and James Arkenhead of the UK. So as in previous years we have an international interest for the 2009 WSOP fest which kicks off on November the 10th.
